The logistics of having so many students compete in this one-day event is vast from needing 3 busses, working with production & sports to be able to have time to clean and fuel the busses, to having our staff take time out of their own schedules to work with our students in preparing for their events often after school with needing additional supplies. We especially could not have done it without Mr. Palazzotto, Ms. Quinlan, & Mr. Mazzone for helping out, driving, driving the offsite competitors to the Carpentry Competition, being chaperones, and being supportive to all the students during the 17+ hour event. Thank you to Mr. Gargano with assisting in cleaning, loading, and preparing the busses. Thank you to Security Guard Barbara who volunteered to judge during the day and came to the awards ceremony to support the students! Thank you to my co-workers for all of your help, and the countless others who offered assistance, stayed after, volunteered their time with students, resumes, proofreading of student work, tools, practice and everything else!
